Here’s the easy recipe for the Strawberry Banana Protein Shake Smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 6 oz. cold water or low-fat/fat-free milk
  • 3 frozen strawberries (no added syrup, just pure frozen strawberries)
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of strawberry, vanilla, or banana-flavored HEALTHY ‘N FIT® protein blend

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Ice: Add 3 ice cubes to a blender and crush until finely blended.
  2. Add Liquid: Pour in 6 oz. of cold water or low-fat/fat-free milk for a creamier texture.
